In parallel to the new website development project, Write Strategy worked with Universal Cranes to establish its brand architecture and to undertake a brand re-fresh. The brand architecture now reflects the individual branch ownership whilst also leveraging the strength of the parent brand and national crane fleet.
This project required extensive stakeholder engagement to formulate a strategy which would enhance the brand presence and recognition of the entire business. We love the new look and brand guide – it’s big, bold and forthright. Just like Universal Cranes.
The hew branding has created some fresh thinking amongst the team and provided a platform to support business growth. It’s great to see the UC team making the most of the brand re-fresh and boosting their customer connections through strong social media engagement.
