Universal Cranes came to Write Strategy looking to refresh their brand and boost their position in the market. With a network of individually-owned branches, the business wanted to leverage the strength and capability of the national network, but still maintain a sense of local branch identity and customer support.

Working with iFactory for the design and development, Write Strategy managed this website re-development, engaging with all stakeholders to produce a great result. We are super proud of the outcome. Check out the new website at www.universalcranes.com. We have additional functionality and great features planned for phase 2. We’re continuing to work with the Universal Cranes team to maximise the opportunities coming from the launch of the new website through integrated marketing and social media activities.
